Make an intelligent flash card program for vocab & Bible verse memorization.
Once vocab lists are reintroduced, make it intelligently able to quiz the users, learning what words (Verses) the user knows and which ones he/she doesn't. Model it after supermemo.
The Flashcard app is now available for iOS and Android: http://blog.logos.com/2014/03/new-free-greek-and-hebrew-flashcard-app/

Yes, I would really enjoy having flashcards on L4 especially for the iPod/iPhone. Probably one of the most useful tools for Pastors who need to challenge themselves in improving their Bible language skills.

A flash card too keyed to Seow's grammar would be really helpful. Even more so if one could download the data and see the frequency of any word so that one could get some sense of which words could be of greater or lesser priority

Wonder why such a popular item isn't being implemented or commented on...

Please do this.

I would love to see this come to pass.

Please consider a flash card tool

Please consider English vocabulary too. After all, that's the language we read and speak most of the time in N. America. Plus, it would help those who are taking the GRE, GMAT, MCAT, etc.

@Peter: That android app is great. Imagine how nice it would be to use Logos Passage Lists as "Memory Lists" (or Sets like that android app does). Then review them on either your computer of mobile device through the Logos app.
What huge potential this has! I don't understand why we haven't heard from Logos on it as it is obviously incredibly popular on uservoice.

Huge Logos fan. Not huge Bibleworks fan. However, for students of the original languages, BW's flashcard module is a big selling point in its favor. The flash card parameter and options in BW far outclass what L3 had. I'm hoping L4 goes above and beyond with their version! (fingers crossed...)

There is an intelligent, easily customizable flash card app for Android. See http://sites.google.com/site/rememberapp

I would love to see an intelligent flash card program for vocab and Bible verse memorization (choose your own passage parameters)!!!

It would be very nice if this tool -- or perhaps a separate tool -- would let us make Scripture memory schedules, verse lists, and would include memory tools like on this website: http://memorizenow.com/index.html

For the mac, the iFlash program is the best thing i've used. And it handles odd foreign language fonts too. Maybe just creating some sort of "Import to iFlash" option would be good. It's a program that one tends to actually use because it is so useful.

The Vocab module that is available in Bibleworks is excellent, and Logos should do everything possible to go above and beyond this. With the release of the "Learn to Use" DVDs this will surely become an increasingly popular feature. Those of us who study the original languages would be well served by this becoming a reality! Make it happen!

Check out Anki. It's the best memory program I've ever used. AND... it works with iPhone and Android.

Please! It looks like this one has some popularity.
I would love to have a right-click menu for a word, sentence, or paragraph to "add to flashcard". Then, each day we would come on and be able to run through our repetitions. The program (like Supermemo) would learn which vocabulary words (or memory verses) we don't know, which we sorta know, and which we know really well.Vocab lists from the textbooks (that Logos has already compiled) could be imported and added to the testable list chapter-by-chapter. Or we could create our own.
Memorization is very much a part of Bible and language study and I would see this only really helping Logos.
If this is done right, I couldn't think of a Greek or Hebrew course not recommending that Logos be utilized as the intelligent memorization software of choice.
So please go check out the program SuperMemo and play with it and see the possibility. I've been using SuperMemo for years and know how perfect the concept would be for Logos integration.

I get goose bumps thinking about this feature being adding... POW-ER-FUL. This would add yet another rich study element to Logos for studying verses, theological terms, or the original languages. Please add this feature, I'd even pay for it as an add on if needed.

As a Professor it would be so handy to have this feature for my students to use since they are required to purchase Logos Software

I put this idea in. I learned Hebrew vocabulary so quickly using Supermemo. If we could import vocab lists into a built-in intelligent flash card program that would sync across computer and possibly mobile device, Logos would be an absolute must for every single Greek & Hebrew class out there.
Also, supermemo has cloze deletions for memorizing Bible verses. A Bible verse memorization option would be amazing as well in the flash card program
