iPhone app - give us highlighting and note-taking functionality
It may be planned, but let's get it on the table here so they can see how valuable it would be to us.
The latest update in the App Store adds notes and highlighting to the iPhone/iPad app.

I agree with the users below. The main productivity reason we carry mobile computing is for it's ability to help us jot things down on the go. The same applies to Bible study. What real good is there in studying the Bible with an app if one cannot jot down thoughts and ideas to come back to later at a desk for example. Otherwise, let's just all use an e-reader.

We really need this. Accordance already has it in a fashion. When will it be coming???

This is the major missing feature in Logos for iPad. It must get done.

Highlighting (and highlight sync) is absolutely essential. Kindle can do it!

Even though I use the Logos desktop, I use a different bible software on my iPad for taking notes during church and bible study. I wish I could take notes on Logos, especially since I have purchased the desktop app.

I am using kindle app for my reading on an ipad only because logos4 app does not have highlighting and notes.

Interested in both highlighting and notes. The iPad is a great platform for this use case. Global copy/paste would be greatly useful, also. The app has developed into an extremely useful app. Thanks for all your great work!

I wanted to see my highlights and notes synced on Ipad

Simple highlighting, with syncing. That would get me to use my app.

I would be happy with a simple highlighter. I don't need all of my Logos 4 notes and highlights synced. I tend to use my iPad for reading a book/monograph i.e. Baxter's or Owen's work. While it would be nice to have them synced to my desktop.... it is not necessary. If I had highlighting and text selection with sharing of selected text... I would be very happy.
What if you could select text then via Sharing upload to Evernote or add to a Logos note file....

all ten votes would go here if I could also. Highlighting is a must have. I am learning to love Logos on iOS and would gladly ditch my other apps. I need to mark up what I am reading for the sake of learning, memorization, review.

Add me to the list of people that would if possible use all ten votes here.
The app has very limited usefulness without highlighting. Notes would be very nice as well but at least that has a work around by using another app. -

Something...anything...even just a rinky-dinky yellow highlighter...soon! Please!

I bought a book I needed for seminary thinking that I would just read it on the iPad. I was disappointed when I found out I was unable to highlight or make notes in the resource. I now have to do all the reading on my computer. I would purchase more materials from Logos if these features were added.

I can't believe I can't sync my notes from Logos 4 with my iPhone and iPad. Help!

How do I get all 10 votes to this? It will just let me do a maximum of 3. I have years of notes that would be really great to see while I'm on the road.

wanted to use ten votes...very important to me...one of the main reasons I bought logos 4, and I'm still waiting!

I used three votes but would have used all 10 if it would have let me. This is the last big thing I really need and want (other than NIV but that is a Zondervan issue)

Most of the reading I do using LOGOS (even on the iPad) is for study, thus I need notes to summarize as well as hi-lighting to set out text.
