Passage Tagging
I'd like to be able to select passages and "tag" them with topics of my choosing then be able to search by my tags. For instance, find all passages that are tagged with "humility" and "examples". A friend has explained how Notes and Clippings can sort-of fulfill my use-case, but they're an imperfect substitute.
Optional features would include a clickable tag cloud and a separate window which would show all the tags for currently visible passages.

Logos 6 adds a new “Labels” feature that allows you to mark up text with structured data: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/92624.aspx

This is a great idea. I would like to have this feature. I'd also suggest that it be made into a community thing as well, so that people who wanted to could see how others had tagged passages. One could then search, for example, for all Scripture passages and book excerpts tagged as having anything to do with MONEY, even if the word "money" doesn't appear in the passages. (This suggestion from this forum thread: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/82739.aspx.)

I would really like this feature too. As a pastor who uses an iPad to study & preach and who wants to use this Bible app for many years to come, adding tags is a very important feature

I would like this feature to be Bible-version-agnostic, meaning, for example, that every Bible version containing John 3:16 can display a visual cue that I have tagged the verse as "Gospel".

Please put style names in title section of Palette note files. then we can sort and group by title plus go to specific markups in various resources.

I recently suggested this on the forums. I would like to see it expanded (if implemented) beyond just "passages" but also to any selection of text in any book.
Here is the text of my suggestion in the forum (http://community.logos.com/forums/t/25017.aspx):
I would love the ability to highlight an area of text and tag that text as a topic. For example, I just read a very good short treatment of vows by John Piper (logosres:futuregrace;ref=Page.p_36;off=548) that I would want to jump right to the top of any search of my library on vows.I don't want to tag the whole book as "vows" just the section.
My current solution is to clip the section and tag the clipping. Then when I search that tag should appear in "My content" if I search for that. (Potential bug: The tag doesn't appear to be immediately searchable. When I search for vows, my clipping document does not appear, although I am able to search for and find tags I've applied previously).
