CONTINUOUS SCROLL on iPhone (Part 2) / Text To Speech / Dump Swipe Up/Down
I previously opened this suggestion which resulted in a change to the app:

Thank you!
However, that change to the app doesn’t really help me with the text-to-speech problem. I still cannot simply drag and select an entire chapter or multiple pages and select "Speak Selection" like I can inside nearly any other app. I use this feature constantly on my iPhone but cannot do so with any of the 3000 books I have through Logos. The sad thing is that I would be able to have Logos read to me my books, and Logos wouldn't have to even offer any TTS functionality of its own... if it didn't have the "swipe up/down to access additional menu features" which are very unnatural.
Implementing continuous scroll would fix this, and make the app much more intuitive. Just make the menu's appear with a single touch. And put all menu items on that one screen that appears after a single touch. As it is, I can't remember which menu items are under up and which are under down--it's just way too confusing.
As I said in the first post, it seems that Logos is the only Bible app I have that is unnatural with its scrolling. I’ve been designing software for 20 years and my gut tells me that that there’s a higher-up executive at Logos who "simply wants it that way" even though it’s not natural. Right? Anybody else out there hate the swipe up/down menus? I can’t be the only one, right? :)
Either way, I cannot have my iPhone speak to me more then 1 page at a time—because I cannot select the text. 3000 books in my pocket and my iPhone can read text from any other app… except Logos. This is painful! :(
