make NIV available on Iphone/Ipod Touch
This is the most frequently used Bible in America. Not having it available on the Iphone/Ipod touch is limiting the usefulness of your product for many, many users. It's quite inexcusable to offer Bible software without the most popular Bible.
How you go about getting permission, is beside the point, it just needs to be done. A large number of threads from your customers have appeared wondering where it is. It's time to do what is necessary to make this available to your customers. Because having happy customers is going to create the buzz you need for your product.
The NIV is now available on mobile devices.

You are misleading in your promotional videos. According to the videos the library on my computer should be available on my iPod touch as well. We won't burn you at the stake, but it is quite misleading in your salesmanship.
Border line, dishonest. -

PLEASE get permission for the NIV. Like most things I suppose it's a matter of licensing fees ? I paid $ 290 for my LOGOS 4 subscription, I can get the NIV through "Bible Touch" and do everyday. It seems a bit silly to have to go through 80% of my reading ends up on through Bible touch (silly when I have paid for the use of the NIV on through LOGOS !). By the way their wheel chapter verse lookup is way better than LOGOS's also.

Several other iPhone Bible programs have the ability to offer the NIV for a fee. Why can't Logos do the same? I, for one, would be willing to pay for a premium version of the Logos app if it had the NIV Bible on board.
