  1. At present (Jan/16), if I right-click a URL hyperlink, the context menu lists the URL on the right with the only option on the left being "Open link". I use a multi-screen app in Windows 8.1 which allows me to alternate between 4 screens. I have it setup with screen 1 containing my browser & screen 2 containing Logos (and screens 3 & 4 with other software). My problem is that clicking URL's on screens 2-4 will not automatically transfer to the browser on screen 1; I have to copy the URLs from screens 2-4 & paste it into the…

  2. I would like to have a little "bookshelf" where I place all my currently favorite resources. I currently go to the Library and add them to my "bookshelf" collection , but it would be easier if I had an entry on the resource window menu to just "Add to collection....". In the physical world I would have a small bookcase next to my desk where I would put books to keep handy because I know I am going to grab them soon.

  4. Picture a situation where I am working on a study, research project, etc with another individual. It would be great to be able to share just the notes, clippings, etc relating to that project with that person or group of people

  5. When navigating, such as up or down by one verse, the orange circles which highlight the position can be distracting. Either hide them globally or provide options of a few different methods (e.g. smaller faster circles).

  6. All search results including those in the Passage Guide and Exegetical Guide should be viewable in either book or rank order. Example: in the Collection section of the Passage Guide, the results should keep all entries within a book together rather than offering only a "ranking" sequence

  7. In essentially all search output, one should be able to hide/display entries or rank entries so that one can focus on the important entries and remember that you've looked at an entry and found it not to be helpful.

  8. I love to see that I have a resource referenced in a footnote. I also like to know which one's I do not have in my library. I would love to see a library Lookup tool, like the power lookup tool, that shows the resources I have and the one's I don't have as I read through a resource. It could function as the reading list does, with a locked/unlocked indicator beside each resource.

Hovering over the resource would show the description of the resource, regardless of whether I own it or not (yeah, I know..I'm dreaming) so the reader…

  9. For example, take the library interface. If you kept all the user data in one database and created an interface similar to the library, one could sort, search, and filter to their obsessive hearts' content. And, like the info button, you could set it up so that once a particular note has been selected, a simple click of the mouse would make the data of that note is accessible to the right (or left for that matter). Something like this would hopefully be simple to setup using the library interface as a concept template and would be flexible enough to…

  10. The Library of Congress Subject Headings provide a rich set of classification for books. It would be helpful of LOGOS resources could be tagged with correct LC Subject.

  12. It would help to organize user created documents (sentence diagrams, notes, sermons, pdf's ....) if there was a section specifically designed for links. The search provides a broad swath of possible connections in My Content ... this would be the pieces that I specifically want to be reminded of.

  14. Instead of being limited to only black and red (Logos 4), allow users to select ANY COLOUR for words of Christ in Bibles that support it (similar to what was in Libronix v3.x).

  15. To find actual TEXT of an historic document or council or catechism or extra-biblical book, having a category (like TOPICS) that identifies either the Title Page or TOC of a specific source text would be great. Under TEXTS, the book or document could be quickly identified.

  16. Hello,

I would like to suggest the option for the "Right-Click" menu that would instantly give an Etymological definition or "tracking" of any word (hebrew, greek, chaldean, english, aramaic). Please Let Me Know What You Think! :)

  17. Clippings need the same expand/contract capability as notes.
When doing a search that includes clippings (or notes), the search should return with the matched items expanded.
Both notes and clipping should support mytag; a search on mytag should result in matching tags being highlighted.

  18. I have several books both in my Logos and in my bookshelf. Sometimes I find myself thinking whether to buy a book in Logos or order it from bookdepository.com or some other place.

Suggestion: If you get both at the same price, like a bundle. This would solve a serious issue.

  20. It is not possible to copy information from the Reource information window. But this would be helpful in many cases.
