  1. My Mac is set to Dark Mode and the Logos Application Theme is set to System. When I print/export from any resource (ESV, BDAG, a commentary), the source text font color remains a very light blue or gray color that is hard to see when you print it out. The hyperlink text shows as a blue that is more visible. When printing/exporting in Light Mode, the source text is black. I would like Dark Mode printing to be in a black font as well, so I don't have to change modes and restart when I want to print. Either that…

  4. I regularly collaborate with other elders on sermons, and we use Microsoft Word because we can both edit the same document in real time. I love the features Logos offers in the sermon editor and scheduler, but unfortunately cannot use it because of this.

  5. Would love to see Proclaim Remote developed for use in Windows. I have a laptop but not an android or apple tablet. My windows laptop turns into a tablet though. I would love it if Proclaim Remote could work with my windows laptop.

  6. Could we get the option to change the font color for the main text in Dark Mode so it is slightly less contrast?

    i.e. I’d like a 15-20% grey option.

  7. It would be great to have the option to view the transliterated versions instead of the original texts.

    For instance, instead of having:

    • Ἐν ἀρχῇ ἦν ὁ λόγος, καὶ ὁ λόγος ἦν πρὸς τὸν θεόν, καὶ θεὸς ἦν ὁ λόγος

    Have:

    • En arche en ho logos en pros ton Theon, kai ho logos en Theos

  8. I was just thinking that it would be really good to be able to see all the verbs at a glance in the greek text by having an option to have a different colour for specific types of words, nouns, verbs, prepositions etc. and being able to select which types of words have colour if any.

  10. As outlined in https://community.logos.com/forums/t/194864.aspx I would like the ability to set a default note icon at a notebook level.

This would enable easy switching between projects where each project is using a separate notebook and note icon.

Currently (Logos 8.17) this needs to be reset when switching between notebooks

  11. If I want to find a particular note title I cannot find it unless I remember my note in the verse. I can find the notebook in the document tab but there is not place for me to find or make note title within the notebook

  12. I would suggest the ability to nest notebooks inside other notebooks. That way you could create an organizational structure for your notes. For example, if you were doing a sermon series on Philippians, you could create a master Philippians notebook and inside that store the notebooks that are relevant to each sermon in the series.

  14. In phone apps, can you please make Bible passage words to be searchable offline? I oftentimes have to have my iPhone on airplane mode, like when on an airplane. I open up my Logos app and open a Bible. I see a word that I was to see a definition for. But, since it's on airplane mode, all I get is a collegiate dictionary. That doesn't help anyone know God's Word. And, if I don't know the Greek word, it cannot be looked up. No search offline will allow this to happen. If we are able to download the Lexicons…

  16. Allow, through an option, to NOT print the bibliographic information about the resource in EACH clipping, just print bibliographic info for all resources at the top or bottom and a simple reference such as "(author, page)" or "(<code>, page)" in each clip. The <code> must be unique to each resource so it can be searched for and replaced in the exported document.

It would also be nice to allow the user the option to group clippings by resource and sort them in the order they appear in the resource, e.g. page number.

Allow date the clipping was made to be…

  18. Hi. I'm really enjoying my subscription. Could you please offer the Old Testament to purchase or as part of the membership like the LEB New Testament you already have? There is a desperate need to be able to watch& read the whole bible on Roku chapter by chapter . Thanks for considering this and God bless you.

  19. Hi there,

I'm really enjoying my experience with Logos 8. I have a suggestion that I think would be helpful:

Currently, linked sets are always equally linked: scrolling through verses in my Bible also scrolls my commentary, and scrolling through my commentary scrolls through the verses in my Bible.

I'd like to suggest a slave/master link set option, whereby scrolling up or down in the master window will cause the slave window to move accordingly, but scrolling up or down in the slave window will not affect the master window.

This will eliminate the need for us to constantly unlink/relink…

  20. Highlighting something intended for a specific notebook, it would be helpful if the appropriate personal highlight style could be assigned automatically when the notebook is selected. At present the current default highlight settings have to be over-ridden first then the assignment to notebook made.
