Allow users to add hyperlinks

As the number of Logos resources increases, older resources are missing hyperlinks to the newer resources. Use the technology behind notes and clippings to allow users to add their own hyperlinks, with the information stored in a separate hyperlinks file. The links added could be reported to Logos in the same way as typos are, facilitating the updating of the older resources.

The Community Tag feature in L6 should provide for the technical basis of this - Logos would be so much better with that!

i would love to be able to add a hyperlink/flag to any point in any resource that would link me to another user created flag in any other resource.

I would love to be able to do this with a highlighter somehow rather than a note file. Define a highlighter style as a hyperlink and whenever it is used the ability to attach a hyperlink to the highlighted is provided.
