CSB & HCSB - corresponding notes and highlights
Found out today (with assistance from customer service) that recently purchased CSB (and HCSB) do not have Corresponding Notes and Highlights Feauture! It's hardly a new idea...amazed that this is not included, in fact shocked that its not included. To quote Morris Proctor: "I’ve had the privilege of teaching Camp Logos training seminars for many years now. And ever since the Highlighting feature appeared on the scene, there’s a very common question at Camp:
How can I highlight the text in one Bible and have those highlights show up in other Bibles?Well, I have great news for you: that feature now exists in Logos 7! It’s a setting in the Visual Filter called Corresponding Notes and Highlights and it’s really cool." (https://blog.logos.com/2016/09/sync-highlights-across-multiple-bibles-5-clicks/) Hard to understand how this extraordinary feature could be left off new bibles. There may be some compelling reason I don't understand ... but otherwise???
You must own the CSB/HCSB reverse interlinear for the corresponding notes feature to work. (There was a problem with the reverse interlinears that prevented that feature working correctly, but this is now fixed in the latest resource updates).
@Andrew Morris: The CSB Reverse Interlinear is a dataset that enhances the functionality of the regular CSB Bible. (It's most commonly viewed as a "ribbon" at the bottom of the window.) Once you purchase the CSB Reverse Interlinear, the "Corresponding Notes and Highlights" option will appear in the CSB and will show you notes from other Bible versions in your regular CSB Bible text.

Hi Bradley. Thanks for both following up on it for me. One question: Whereas you say "You must own the CSB/HCSB reverse interlinear for the corresponding notes feature to work", does this mean that it only works in CSB/HCSB reverse interlinear, or will it work in the standard CSB/HCSB, as well, if you own the CSB/HCSB reverse interlinear? The reason I ask this, is that I use the CSB as my standard bible, and wanted the notes, that I have made in other versions, ESV, NIV84 etc, visible in the CSB. My initial question to Logos, was driven by my finding that the CSB, was unable to access these previous notes. I was then encouraged by Logos to purchase the CSB/HCSB reverse interlinear, in which the notes should have worked, but didn't. But now they are fixed in the CSB/HCSB reverse interlinear, the question remains, would I have access to these notes in the standard CSB, which is my desire from the outset? I have no interest in CSB/HCSB reverse interlinear, if it doesn't create access to my notes in the standard CSB?
