Fix too-easy-tab-close
I have multiple tabs open in a couple different panes. To select another tab, you click on it. I've had Logos 8 perhaps 2 weeks now and I think I've accidentally closed a tab about 8 times while trying to select it. The region around the close icon X is big enough compared with my tab size that it is easy to accidentally click it by mistake.

The 'hot zone' is too large. 2 suggestions. Either shrink it so that it is only active on the X or when the mouse arrow is in the 'hot zone' have a visible color change so we know not to click if we don't want to close it. I wind up closing tabs at least a half dozen times a day.

In my tabs in my main window, almost half of the tab is dedicated to the close button. I am constantly closing the tab and it is very frustrating.
Please fix this soon. -

I completely agree with this:
In Logos 8 the 'tab close close' is significantly larger than in Logos 7 and when a number of tabs are open in a window the cross 'click area' is over half the tab (larger than the actual cross area). This means when moving between tabs quickly they are more often than not closed instead of selected even when the cross is not directly clicked - Which is somewhat frustrating having to reopen tabs all the time.
