Add in-text APA citations for copied text from books

I was hoping that when I copied and pasted text from a book in Logos 5 into Pages or Word for a paper that I am writing for school that I would get an in-text APA 6th citation i.e. (Lewis, 1953) rather than a footnote with full bibliographic footnote. I was hoping that YES on Citation and NO on Footnote would set this up but it appears not.

Example of what I am getting:

According to the Tanakh and the New Testament the goal of God’s Messianic Community (which Christians call the Church) is to praise, thank, confess, obey and make known the living God—in the words of Yeshua, to make disciples of all nations, so that through him those far from the national life of Israel might be brought near.4 But the Church will never bring others near to Israel if she does not experience, express and enjoy her intimate involvement with the Jewish people. Yet most Christian teaching has not prepared her for this.

Stern, D. H. (2007). Messianic Judaism : a modern movement with an ancient past (p. 3). Clarksville, MD: Messianic Jewish Publishers.

What I want to get:

According to the Tanakh and the New Testament the goal of God’s Messianic Community (which Christians call the Church) is to praise, thank, confess, obey and make known the living God—in the words of Yeshua, to make disciples of all nations, so that through him those far from the national life of Israel might be brought near.4 But the Church will never bring others near to Israel if she does not experience, express and enjoy her intimate involvement with the Jewish people. Yet most Christian teaching has not prepared her for this (Stern, 2007).
