As a teacher working at a school that is requiring students to purchase and use Logos in the Fall I've been exploring features I can use to get them acquainted and dependent on it for their studies. Workflows are great. I've built a few that we'd like to use as standards across our whole undergraduate program. The problem is if a student (in a test case me) completes a workflow it shows up as a Note that can be exported.
However, and here's what I want, the export does not include headers or questions built into the workflow. It would…9 votes
I love what now pops up when highlighting text. Would you be willing to add VISUAL COPY as an option in the pop-up?1 vote
Visual Copy is already available in the Selection Menu , labelled as “Share.”
Scrolling or paging can be set per-resource with the Columns setting in the resource panel menu. https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016752571-Resource-Panel-Menu
if you suggestion is in reference to the Logos mobile, app, please re-post at https://logosmobile.uservoice.com.
It would be great if the Concordance feature could run a full Concordance report for the AV (KJV 1611). This way we could research the findings of the Greek text that it uses.
This is beneficial for those that want a well rounded approach to scholarship being that different versions of the bible use different interlinears.1 vote
The Concordance tool already works will all resources you have in your library. (It sounds like what you are really asking for is a reverse interlinear for AV; please make that suggestion at https://suggestbooks.uservoice.com .)
include the works of Ravi Zacharias in your library. Perhaps the greatest modern day Christian apologist
Please consider adding the works of Ravi Zacharias. Perhaps you already have and if so I apologize.1 vote
A number of Zacharias’s works are available through our line of trade books at Faithlife Ebooks, which integrate seamlessly with your Logos library. https://ebooks.faithlife.com/search?filters=author-13351_Author
I would like to create my own symbols for marking the text or be able to import symbols from the internet.1 vote
In the Highlighting Tool, create (or edit) a custom style, and use the Image settings to add a custom image. For more help, please post on our Community Forum: https://community.logos.com/forums/147.aspx
I work in a multilingual church, often studying in English, but keeping active notes in Spanish. However, my English notes/highlights are not showing up in my Spanish Bibles, and vice versa. I would love to be able to find my active Spanish notes anchored to the same verse in my English Bibles for later reference, and the other way around.1 vote
You can do this by anchoring your notes to reference: https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017978372-Notes-Tool#h.9d6bjkfjxlfy
If both your English bible and your Spanish bible have a reverse interlinear, your notes and highlights will also be available in the Corresponding Notes and Highlights visual filter.
Drop and Drag in Logos 8 Notes... please move it up on the priority list. And thanks for all you are doing!1 vote
Drag and drop already exists to perform these actions in notes:
Move note to notebook
Move note to trash
Rearrange notebook order
Please see this support article for how to choose your preferred Bible: https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016817471-Set-Your-Preferred-Bible
I store my verse notes based on genre of the Bible. For example, if I make a note on Matthew 10:1, it'd automatically be added after any notes in Matthew 1-9 and before any in Matthew 11ff.3 votes
“Sort by reference” is available in the Notes tool as of 8.3. https://wiki.logos.com/Logos_8.3
Currently Logos must be installed on the "c" drive. Request option to allow user to select alternate location.3 votes
This is possible by selecting “Custom Install” during the initial setup.
I would love to have more note styles than are currently available. Currently we can choose from a few shapes (star, triangle, circle, square) and a few icons in the shapes (question mark, exclamation mark, "x"). I would love to have more styles than this. I would love to have a whole range of emoji that could be the note style. For example, I use a style to indicate that a note is from a sermon I heard. It would be cool to have a lectern emoji as the note style. Or, if I'm making notes of occurrences of covenants…4 votes
"We will not be developing a desktop/offline application for Linux.
https://app.logos.com continues to improve and will be our solution for any platform that supports a web browser."
Which is ONLY available by paid subscription, and ONLY available while online. This is not opening up your library (which must be purchased) to the largest audience possible.
Please consider one of these two better options that could be used in a future version of LOGOS:
AVOID frameworks that are NOT multi-platform (ie: using Internet Explorer components [report display engine]). Instead, use available multi-platform options like Firefox or Chromium.
A two pronged system…

Toll wäre, wenn es eine Möglichkeit gäbe, auch eigene Übersetzungsversuche als Bibeltext einzubinden3 votes
Google Translate says this means “It would be great if there was a possibility to include your own translation attempts as Bible text.”
This is possible with Personal Book Builder: https://wiki.logos.com/Personal_Books
There are about 200 million speakers of Indonesian, 15% of which are Christian. Compare that to the total number of speakers of various languages that already have a Logos user interface: Swedish (12 million), Afrikaans (17 million), Dutch (22 million), Italian (66 million), Korean (77 million), German (130 million). And with 700 languages, Indonesia has many active Bible translation projects, whose local translators would benefit from access to some resources that are already included in Logos, not to mention other resources that could be included.1 vote
See https://community.logos.com/forums/t/69557.aspx for an overview of our UI translation process. We first start with community contributions, then (based on interest) possibly hire staff to oversee and complete the work.
The Indonesian UI translation project is available for anyone to contribute to here: https://crowdin.com/project/logos-desktop-ui/id
"Dictionary of Daily Life in Biblical and Post-Biblical Antiquity" by Prof. Edwin M Yamauchi and Marvin Wilson
This 4-volume reference work from two excellent scholars would be a great addition to the Logos library. Having such research just a click away from a topic or passage being studied would be yet another enhancement to the Logos software & library.33 votes
Provide a way on-line to buy gift credits or gift cards for people who are on Logos. To gift people who are on Logos. Thanks!
Provide a way to buy gift cards or gift credit for others who are on Logos. This would be a way on-line to buy these credits. Suggestion came from my son who wanted to buy gift credit as a gift for me and his pastor.115 votes
