Allow the menu to be toggled to spanish/english
For the bilingual software let us choose the menu language during installation and have an option in the menu to switch from an english to a spanish menu.

At installation time, the language is taken from the UI language of your operating system. This can be changed afterwards in Program Settings (requires a restart of the application).
