Re: Mike Southerland's comment - I can reproduce the problem in that resource "The Works of Reverend John Howe" but I have other books with footnotes denoted with asterisks and such (a PB I created, for example) and the footnotes print fine, so it must be a problem with the tagging in this resource. I will report it as a bug.

This only seems to work if the footnotes are denoted in numeric representation. I tried it with The Works of Reverend John Howe, Volume 1, where the footnotes are denoted with asterisks or other symbols, and I'm not seeing them. See Page xv, at the end of the first paragraph (continued from the previous page), "...never occurred.*" Hovering over the asterisk I see, "Professor Rogers, in his able Life of Howe, (note, p. 45,) decides against the latter account; but evidently under the impression that it rests upon the modern authority of Palmer only. Had this been the case, the present writer would fully have concurred in his judgment." However, this does not show up when you print or export the page. BTW - I did a test with a resource that uses numeric footnotes, and it is working just fine. So I know it's not a setting issue on my software.

I echo the previous comments here that the new Print/Export window makes printing an article far faster and easier, except in the case of footnotes, where it is virtually useless. Please make this an option to turn on or off in the Print/Export window.

This would be an important upgrade

Why have the feature if you can't grab the footnotes?

Everyone is right: without the ability to print the footnotes, the new pretty print feature is more window dressing. I have to go back to copy and paste and ugliness to get the notes.
Should be an option to turn on an off.

The new printing feature makes printing an article, e.g., a lot faster than the old method where one had to highlight the text manually. However, it's near-useless without the ability to incorporate a text's notation. Please fix this.

This should be a high priority. There is just too much information in the footnotes for articles to be considered complete without them. It is sufficient for them to print as endnotes, but they need to be part of the article. If I copy and paste to Word they are there but if I use the print/export they are not.

I definitely need this feature!

Printing is incomplete without the footnotes.

I LOVE the new Print option in 4.1. It would be great if it would include the resource's footnotes. As it is, the footnote number is there, but there is no footnote at the bottom of the page.
