Logos 4 Mac Enhancements
Please add full screen button for OS X Lion along with multi-finger gesturing for Magic Mouse, Magic TrackPad, and MacBook track pads on all supported Mac OS X versions.

Full screen mode is available in Logos 5.

How is that gesture functionality coming. Please let me just turn it off at least because it is terribly disruptive during study to have the silly thing jumping about like that.

@Josh Y: A free upgrade to Logos 5 will be available in the near future. I'm not sure what your comment "lose some functionality" refers to; nothing will be lost when upgrading to Logos 5 (at any price point).

No reason that this could not be retrofitted in to Logos 4. You can manually make a copy of the Logos application and enable the functionality yourself with these instructions though. http://www.tuaw.com/2011/07/25/hackinations-making-any-os-x-app-full-screenable-in-lion/

The engine will be a free download. All resources and abilities are retained. A cross grade will give you certain data sets that will add more functionality. Data sets are also available now, by buying any current L5 bundle. The naming has nothing to do with what you already own, it's all new bundles with resources and data sets. If all you want is the new engine, wait and it's free. If you only want new data sets (features new in L5), wait for the upcoming cross grade options. If you want new resources and data sets, you can upgrade now to any bundle - check the bottom of features to see the data sets included. :) phew.

It is not free but will be around $100, so I do not think that is free. It is not a bad price but it really bums me out since I am still in my payment plan period. It would about 1/2 of that for me and now I am faced with buying more. Not so good. Again, this is not available. I really think I should thought twice about this $700 investment. I am really regretting it and cannot recommend it. That is from the heart and how I feel at this point.

@jacques I don't visit the forums on a regular basis and the answer there is ok. I'm going to lose some functionality? Pathetic. And when I talk to a CSR and all he tells me is that my options is to stay where I am or spend $500...that's what I'm going to go by.

The Logos 5 engine will be free folks. It's not all that confusing, do a little research in the forums..

I'm with @josh_y on this one. I'm shocked. When investing a substantial amount into logos, I was convinced that Logos was IT. I quickly realized that Logos 4 for Mac needed a lot of improvement, and we were told things would get fixed. Many of us did not try to get a refund originally because we where just glad that they were working on a mac version and were willing to be guinea pigs and be patient. Now I find out that what we were waiting for all along is finally here... In a new version of the software which we have to... get this.. upgrade to. I honestly can say that I don't think I can buy anything from Logos again, since their support for the library I have already sunk too much into will not necessarily be 'forward compatible'.

Are you kidding me? You aren't going to update 4 with this? So I have to effectively spend $500 to upgrade. Wow. Just wow.

And what a difference it makes in L5, shame it took so long

It should not take 15 months for the simplest of software upgrades. Just saying.

Google "chpwn maximizer Lion" and you will find a way to make Logos full-screen in Lion. Works great...been using it since last fall.

I do not understand why this is not added. Should not be that big of a deal. Come on, Logos!

@Jacques: Most updates and thoughts from Logos are posted in the Logos.com forums, not on UserVoice. For an example, see this recent thread on full screen support: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/47206.aspx

It's been almost one year. These forums don't seem to be monitored. No updates or thoughts from Logos in all this time.. :(
