change the way Logos "Deletes Annotations
Those who have been using Logos for decades are likely to have thousands of notes attached to words and chapters. Many of these notes in my case are duplicates from the time Logos has updated the system. This years as I have been reading through my Bible I've deleted probably hundreds of them, almost all through my phone or Kindle. But recently I deleted what I thought would be one. Unfortunately, I did not notice that that line was highlighted so Logos deleted every note on that line. Not good, not happy.
Fortunately Zavier told me how to undelete so I am hoping I can get that one back.
But to be safe until I hear otherwise, I will delete notes only after opening it and using the delete feature within the note.

Tim, I'm glad customer service was able to help you recover your notes. (For everyone else, you can undelete notes from the Trash icon on the lower left of the Notes tool).
I'm surprised to hear that you have duplicate notes, judging from the way you describe it, from migrating to the old notes system to the new system. This should not be the case, except in rare instances where you might have been using the old notes and new notes in the same time period.
Deleting all notes in the selected text is the way it has always worked in Logos, but I can see how that might be confusing. Thanks for the feedback; I'm interested to hear if others have had the same confusion.
