Improve the footnotes for dictionary
Currently, when I use the automatic footnote creation (by copying) or use Logos' Bibliography tool in a Bible dictionary, the footnote begins with the resources editors.
Instead, I would prefer the author of the entry begin the footnote, as such:
Footnote: B.D. Napier, “Prophet, Prophetism,” in The Interpreter’s Dictionary of the Bible, ed. G. A. Buttrick, 4 vol. (Nashville: Abingdon, 1962) 3:896.
Bibliography: Napier, B.D. “Prophet, Prophetism.” Pages 896-919 in vol. 3 of The Interpreter’s Dictionary of the Bible. Edited by George Arthur Buttrick. 4 vols. Nashville: Abingdon, 1962.
This gives credit to the author of the entry as well as the editors of the resource, and is the way I have been instructed to cite such resources (and Bible Encyclopedias) in seminary.

There are two related issues here:
1) The citation input data from the resource
2) The formatting of the data based on the style.Problem 1: Some of our older resources don't contain metadata for the article or entry such as the article author or article title. Newer resources, e.g. Lexham Bible Dictionary, do have this metadata, but older ones might not.
Problem 2: It does appear the the SBL style we're using (which is the same as Zotero's), doesn't properly handle SBL 7.2.28-29.
For Problem 1, we will have to rebuild the resources with more article information. For Problem 2, I'll file a bug for our development team to investigate.
