Be able to put my documents in a folder structure.
Currently I have lots of documents but I wish I could put them in a folder structure to keep them organised.

This is by far my biggest frustration in Logos. There is no clean way of organizing note, clipping, or passage documents for one book of the Bible, for example. Favorites supports folders, but not documents? Adding every document to a Favorite defeats the idea of Favorites, and is certainly more cumbersome than just being able to work within the document list.
How does this differ from Logos Favorites?
