Enable us to drag a tab out of the main window and drop on desktop to create a floating window.

We coded this before the first beta but ran into a few difficulties in the implementation (so took it out again); we’ll reconsider that decision.

Just saw how completely dated (and stale) this suggestion is! :-( Is it worth keeping my votes on this? I suppose I'll leave it for a few days and see if any thing stirs.
