I agree, but I like the tab suggention from Anthony U. I don't think there is a need to specify "current" or "normal" layout vs. a "floating" layout. The point is that it would be nice to have multiple active layouts accessible via either tabs or separate windows. Thanks for posting this!

    1. ---Anchorable/Mountable Popups---
I would like pops up (regardless if from a footnote, bible reference, other library resource, reference, abbreviation, clarification, interlinear morphological abbreviation, hyperlink, or ANY other popup), to be anchorable (have an option so they can stay up rather than disappear when the mouse is moved from the popup link). It would be nice if anchorability was optional (ie. only if you right-click the popup and select "Anchor") so if you didn't want it to be anchorable it would disappear, like it does currently, after the mouse is no longer hovering over it.

    2. ---Scrollable (Scroll Bars) on Popups---
I would also like every popup to display the entirety of the reference using scroll bars for long references (ie. long bible references would be fully displayed and not just cut short when they reach the current maximum length for display) I realize that that foot notes offer a scroll bar, but I would like everything (regardless if from a footnote, bible reference, other library resource, reference, abbreviation, clarification, interlinear morphological abbreviation, hyperlink, or ANY other popup) to be anchorable/mountable and have full disclosure scroll capability.

    3. ---Movable Popups---
I would like popups (regardless if from a footnote, bible reference, other library resource, reference, abbreviation, clarification, interlinear morphological abbreviation, hyperlink, or ANY other popup) to be movable (sort of like a stickey notes in Windows 7).

    4. ---Spawnable Popups---
I would also like popup windows that contain other references or popups (regardless if from a footnote, bible reference, other library resource, reference, abbreviation, clarification, interlinear morphological abbreviation, hyperlink, or ANY other popup) to be able to produce other popup windows (so that they can spawn other popup windows that have the same functionality [to be anchorable/mountable, scrollable, movable, and spawnable]). Ie. I would like to anchor a first popup window, and follow the link in that popup window so that another popout window shows up...then anchor that popup window and follow another link in that pop out window... ie travel around following popup through popup, through popup...all popups having the same 4 above mentioned capabilities.

    Thanks!
