Why not extend this to other magazines such as Biblical Archaeology Review. We could subscribe on a yearly basis through Logos/Verbum.

Folders that act like a menu. This would allow the user to group items in a folder. Each item can be numbered so that the order on the menu is correct. Click Folder a menu drops down. Command, Webpage, Application, Layout, opens upon clicking menu item.

This can also be a "Left Pane" placement on the Home Page. I love the book excerpts that I find on my Home Page and the "From Your Library" function. Often, I will open up one of these and read a little bit from this resource with the idea that "someday" I'm going to read this entire book. What would be nice is to have a "My Next Read" on the Left Pane. That way I can keep track of books that I want to read. As it is, I lose track of those future reads. Keep in mind Logo's that with the ability to read book on our portable devices you are now also a reading program much like Kindle, iBooks, etc....

One other comment. Wouldn't it also be to Logo's advantage to start "working" with bloggers. I don't ever see any affiliates for Logo's on these sites. I know that in order to get this feature it has to make economic sense for Logo's to do it. If Bloggers were able to advertise Logo's products on their pages with them getting a fraction of the action then the Bloggers maybe more open to formatting their sites so that this works best in Logo's. I wear my Logo's jacket all the time and every week people ask about Logo's which of course I tell them about Logo's. The point being there are a lot of people who know nothing about Logo's products. To me it only makes sense that Logo's would have some sort of Blogger's "program". I also understand that Logo's may not agree with the things that are said on Blogs however, the legalese for this could be covered under Logo's End User Agreement.

I love this idea. I envision being able to keep a list of blogs that I follow on the Home Page. When a page is updated the Home Page notifies me. I click on the link; the page opens in a window allowing me to open other resources side by side and with the options suggested above. I would also like the option of keeping the Blog post as a Personal Book. This can be achieved by highlighting the portions of the page to keep and a button that says create Personal Book.

Keeping notes within our personal Bibles is the reason we turn to electronic versions in the first place. Most of us have been through the Bibles with big margins etc. I used to print out books of the bible when doing Bibles studies that not only had wide margins but were double spaced so that I could take notes between verses; the opposite page was blank for even more note taking. Obviously this is not an ideal solution. However, I have been disappointed with the note taking capabilities in electronic editions. What we need is the flexibility of a paper bible combined with the power only electronic editions can give us. I want to highlight like crazy, Have access to lots of symbols, have link sets so I can jump between verses. The capability of linking files internally, locally, and to the web. I want to write between the lines, and draw lines. Create text boxes. I would love to include audio, videos, graphics, mind maps, pictures etc. If the multimedia is to much then create tighter integration with Onenote so that we can use that in conjunction with "Our Bibles". I want to see all these things when I open my Bible just as if I scribbled something in a paper version. Not just when I hover over or open another pane. Give us the choice. No Notes, Hover notes, or See my notes. Seems to me in this day and age that this should be possible. If Logos/Verbum would concentrate on this aspect alone you would sell more product especially to the average person in the pew. Call it "My Bible" or "Build a Bible". If you would do that, with all the other wonderful features your software offers would really make this a killer package.
