You can link your Evernote note to Logos notes pretty easily.
In Evernote, right-click your note and from the popup window, select:
Copy internal link > Copy web app link
Then in my Logos note, I type something like "Link to Evernote" then highlight it and select the Link button and paste the link from Evernote into my Logos note. Now that text is hyperlinked to the web version of Evernote and will open when clicked on.
I haven't found a great way to go in the other direction (from Evernote to Logos). But it works out great for me because I do a lot of my prep in Evernote; when I want to connect that to my Logos Notes, it works great.
