Intuitive interface, sort options for passage exegetical guides, conform to existing norms with mouse clicks
I'd like to sort All Commentaries by date of first edition so I can peruse commentary on TR text which doesn't exist in later commentaries. I'd like to sort commentary alphabetically so I can find the ones I prefer easily

Prompt Before Indexing Begins
As others have noted, indexing monopolizes HDD and CPU resources and makes it virtually impossible to use the computer (particularly with large libraries). Two simple options would help: 1) prompt user before indexing begins and 2) allow indexing to be scheduled for a more convenient time. Apple routinely does this for all its updates.

Curser Blocks Popup Text
When I hover over a reference link in the text I would like the text that pops up to be farther away from my curser. As it is right now when the linked text pops it's usually partially blocked by curser.

Allow for the downloading of all notes
Perhaps I'm not familiar enough with the software. It would be great to be able to download all notes in their native format to a word document to be kept offline. I tried to do this many months ago in Logos 7 and I did not readily find an efficient way of doing this beyond the copy paste one by one. Thanks for the consideration. I LOVE this software and this company!!!!!!

Dynamic library search tool
Why not to incapsulate a library search tool in the library panel? When I need a specific commentary on John, for example, I must enter something like "type:commentary john" or "type:commentary subject:john". As for the syntax search, why dont allow to save these searches for repetitive use?

Fuzzy Bible Search
One suggestion, can you add a feature that would allow the copying of the FUZZY BIBLE SEARCH into a bible list to save

Export from Pslams Explorer into Another Program
Since you are able search for text by genre. It would be nice to export results into another program like Microsoft Word. I would like to take Psalms that praise and worship God. (Part in text not entire Psalms) copy and paste print out and use verses to praise God. I was told to do that I would need to take screenshots then do it on my own.

I think it would be great if you could highlight in the Sermon Editor.
I am not a preacher so I only use this tool for teaching purposes on Sunday mornings and for my Thursday night Bible study with my buddies. For the Thursday night group I am preparing for an in depth study of Revelation beginning toward the end of 2019 or beginning of 2020 and some guys may want a little more material than what we will be discussing in the group so I would like to highlight the stuff we are going to be talking about.

Alphabetizing bible, commentaries, and resources for easier location.
I would like to see an alphabetizing of the resources for easier location. Presently you list commentaries, however to find e.g. Malachi may be at the end of the listing for that specific commentary. Having the commentaries list them in order as if you had the hard copies in your library would be very useful in saving time searching for the one you want. This is the same issue when looking for different bibles. They are randomly ordered which means one has to go on a treasure hunt to find the bible desired. It is great that we have these…

Add Pop-up Box to Describe all Updates\Changes\Added Resources, Etc
Add Pop-up Box to Describe all Updates\Changes\Added Resources, Etc when Logos Re-Starts or Downloads. Whenever Logos says it is downloading, and then asks me to restart it.... I get excited knowing that Logos has either upgraded or I have a pre-pub item that has been completed and is downloading. But I never know exactly what it is and would really love to know if it is a new resource so that I can go in and add it to a specific collection if necessary.

The ability to choose to copy regular and/or miscellaneous Logos footnotes
When copying a non-Bible text from Logos, and pasting it into a Word document, I would like to be offered the option to choose to copy only the regular (numbered) footnotes, and leaving out the misc abbreviation footnotes that Logos creates based on words that are linked in the document. Thank you.

Create interactive biblical base maps... Thanks, Bill Hoganson
Create interactive base maps that will allow the user flexibility to build biblical study maps in context to the passage being taught. These base maps may include: plain with only rivers and bodies of water, topo-graphical, and modern boundaries). Base maps would include at least three choices: (1) Israel only (Mediterranean, Jordan, Egypt), (2) Israel and general region (all ancient contiguous nations), and (3) the entire Mediterranean region as far north as the northern Russia, as far south as Yemen/Ethiopia/Oman/ Arabian Sea, as far east as Pakistan/India and as far west as the Atlantic. Logos would provide a list of…

In Logos 6 prayer list.
You must move the cursor a little over each prayer before you can see the prayer. In Logos 5 all you had to do was to hover to see it. Can this be added?

Use a real voice for "Explain the screen" instead of a computer voice.
The text of the "Explain the Screen" is short and known. The computer voice mispronounces the homonym "content" twice as "I am content" instead of "I look for appropriate content." It seems that this part of the Help System could be graduated out of the computer voice into a real human voice.

"Dispensational" Base Package
In regard to the base package families, i.e., Baptist, Reform, etc., are there any plans to create a "Dispensationalism" base package?

Option to NOT auto-resize slides
Our slides end up all different font sizes because of the auto-resizing. We'd like to have the option (perhaps a check box) to turn this feature on or off? We do not want to break lines that belong together or have two slides for a verse...

change the position of audio controls or auto size the graphic
For the ESV audio bible, I have to enlarge the window to access the audio controls. The huge display of the graphic is entirely unnecessary. The functionality is key, so place the controls near the top and then allow the graphic to enlarge or reduce according to the size of the window. Better yet, allow for a floating mini player for audio.

Search Near By
Sometimes I want to study the connection between 2 or more words, and I can type both in the search with unsatisfying results, and then find out later that the answer I was looking for was there, but the words were simply a few verses or chapters apart. I'm asking for the ability to search nearby texts, with a pulldown or something that allows you to choose HOW near: 1 verse, 2 verses, 100 verses, 5 chapters, etc...I think this would be a powerful Bible study tool! Thank you!

Multiple Layouts
I see that this idea was previously floated in 2014 but has now been closed, not sure why? I am proposing it as I often move around layout to layout when preparing a message, especially within the synoptic gospels. It would save an extraordinary amount of time and messing around.

Create a simple attendance check block in your Proclaim bulletin in addition to the contact card
Attendance is a difficult task. We can use a third party app, but if people are already logging into the bulletin then they could simply click a box to say that they are present for worship. It would actually be best to prompt them when they log in rather than hiding it in the contact page. The checkbox would need to be linked to the administrator so she/he could work with the data week after week.
