    I have a similar request - the "Apply style to all slides" (or header slides) works only with some slides, and not with any User Media. I know it works with Header / Subheader style slides, but there's no way to customize the background of one of those. User Media has only a text box, and "Apply to all..." doesn't work at all with slides I make with my own graphic.
