1) The citation input data from the resource

Problem 1: Some of our older resources don't contain metadata for the article or entry such as the article author or article title. Newer resources, e.g. Lexham Bible Dictionary, do have this metadata, but older ones might not.
Problem 2: It does appear the the SBL style we're using (which is the same as Zotero's), doesn't properly handle SBL 7.2.28-29.
For Problem 1, we will have to rebuild the resources with more article information. For Problem 2, I'll file a bug for our development team to investigate.
